30-50 tph stone crusher plant consists of zsw2300*3600 feeder, PE400*600 jaw crusher, PF1010 impact crusher, and 3yk1545 vibrating screen. It can produce materials of three different particle sizes. This stone crusher plant is mainly used for crushing limestone, granite, rock, etc.It is primarily involved in the manufacture of aggregates (coarse aggregates, crusher run, rock sand, fine aggregates) from limestone, granite, andesite,etc. Coarse aggregates are usually used in ready mix concrete and asphaltic concrete. Crusher run is used for the bases and sub-bases for road making. Fine aggregates are used for the production of concrete and plastering.

How does 30-50tph stone crushing plant works?

1. The bulk raw materials are fed into the jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.The material crushed by the jaw crusher is controlled to be below 300mm.
2. The coarsely crushed material is sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing.
3. The final crushed material goes to vibrating screen to classified final products 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm.
